Ev brings 35 years of real estate experience to the company, 25 years of that experience is in the property management field. Originally from Ontario, Ev has called Calgary home for 25 years. She takes pride in the reputation of GIL and has surrounded herself with a team of associates who provide the experienced service required to market, lease, sell or maintain your property. |

Noni Phillips - General Manager/Associate Broker Noni joined GIL Management Associates Ltd. more than 20 years ago and has grown with the company through the accounting and administration departments to become the general manager. Noni has held her real estate agent's license for many years and has more recently earned her broker's license. She is a very "hands-on" GM and participates in the daily office routine. |

Rod has been manager of the property management department for over 10 years. His history in the sales and management fields provide GIL with competent experience in asset management, maintenance and collections. Rod also manages our multi-family portfolio. |

Sharon joined GIL Management Associates Ltd. in the spring of 2005 to head our residential sales department. Sharon has been an active realtor in the Calgary and area real estate market for 12 years. We have been very successful in our new endeavor with Sharon's experience and expertise guiding us. Sharon will provide you the finesse required to sell or buy properties with leasing in mind or help you find just the right house to suit you and your family. |

Rudy joined our team 7 years ago and is a genuine asset to the property management field. Rudy hails from Winnipeg and a career in Real Estate Sales. His experience with the public sector is put to use daily, dealing with the issues arising between landlords and tenants.

Sylvia, a licensed realtor, has been efficiently handling the renewal-leasing requirements of our property owners and their tenants for many years. Her responsibilities now include real estate conveyancing for our residential sales department.

From your first call to our office, Pam offers her friendly, personal assistance. In addition to her reception duties she builds and maintains the property files, prepares leases and office records, co-ordinates owner correspondence to ensure all details are reported to the owners on a monthly basis and generally keeps everyone up to date on the daily activities at Gil. |

Jim has several years experience in various accounting environments. He joined Gil to manage our trust accounting department and ensures all funds are accurately recorded and reported to the property owners. Jim is always available to answer your financial inquiries. |

Jennifer is a licensed realtor who has been a prominent figure in the local residential leasing community for many years. She joined Gil Management Associates Ltd's leasing team in 2004 and brought with her a strong portfolio of loyal clients. Her dynamic personality lends itself to the vigorous demands of the property management industry. |

Karen is a licensed realtor specializing in the Leasing and Management sector of our company. She has an insurance, managerial and sales background. As a mother of four adult children she has the patience and understanding to deal with the concerns and issues facing our clients. |

Jeanette Watt - Assistant, Property Management After retiring from her previous job as a dedicated civil servant Jeanette came to Gil Management to assist the property managers with their administrative duties and property inspections. Her attention to detail is a valuable asset when conducting inspections on behalf of our owners. |
